Company History

We started this business in 2003 and took our name from four fundamental beliefs about the design of our learning tools. We believe they should be:

Our designers have proven expertise in responding to a clearly demonstrated need amongst organisations worldwide for creative & practical resources and programmes for training and development. Through the success of our own programme facilitation and training we have demonstrated a deep understanding of organisational behaviour and adult learning, alongside the creative flair to translate this theory into engaging and relevant activity-based learning activities.

Our experience includes working with both small and large organisations either directly with senior management or as the 'third voice' alongside the learning function and the leadership team. It also includes working with both commercial and non-commercial organisations and with multi-cultural and multi-lingual groups all over the world.
