"Challenging Assumptions is a tremendous desk-top challenge that really does help people to think diffently about things. I have used it very successfully with large or small groups and in a wide variety of different ways: for leaders at all levels to think about leading in a rapidly changing world. For teams to think about their approach to problem solving or collaborative thinking. For individuals to be able to look at things in a totally different way.
RSVP Design's resources are always of the highest quality and I have been hugely impressed by the friendly, efficient and professional service I have always received. The training equipment is used very regularly at Brathay and I receive excellent feedback from my clients as to the effectiveness of the products."

(Managing Effective Meetings Workshop) "buying the materials from you cost me 14% of what it would have cost to send one delegate on an external cost for the same thing and so far we’ve had about 30 people go through the material."

"When I saw Images of Organisations used at an RSVP Design event in May, I was impressed by its simplicity yet effectiveness for a potential range of team situations. We used the product as part of the warm-up to a review/strategic planning event for our Library management group. 'Images' proved to be a great way to open-up dialogue within the group about the legacy of previous structural re-organisations and the type of departmental/team culture that had prevailed over the last 2-3 years. It also enabled the managers to see clearly the need to move forward from the change and develop more positive cultures. Without a doubt, it set the 'moving forward' tone for the day and added value to the whole event"

"Constructive Intervention have used a number of the tools available from RSVP Design over the years and have always found them engaging, fun and challenging. We recently invested in the Breakthrough Thinking Workshop and toolset....really, really good, well thought through, well-executed and the trainer's notes are just brilliant. RSVP Design have surpassed themselves with this workshop and the kit."

“I am an Exec Coach, Trainer and Lecturer at post grad level. I have used products from RSVP for a number of years with clients and students. I use RSVP products to show the students excellent training products that are adaptable and work. I use Images of Organisations and Challenging Assumptions regularly. Images of Organisations can be used with coaching clients, groups in training, teams etc. Challenging Assumptions makes a great ice breaker, team building activity and or Training exercise. I do use other RSVP products as well, but these are definite favourites. I can thoroughly recommend the products."

"RSVP resources are always a productive addition to our people development sessions. Our workshops are known for their high level of interaction and achieving outcomes through experiential learning. RSVP Design's resources are easy to facilitate and flexible enough to be used in a number of settings and at differing levels of learning. If you need assistance the team at RSVP are always at hand to guide you through the use of their products for the best outcomes."

"Images of Organisations is a real trainer essential for your kit bag. Small, easy to carry around and there went you need it. These brightly coloured cartoon style cards are a great way to get participants talking about difficult situations in a relaxed, non threatening way. They are ideal to pull out when discussions dry up or you need to inject a new focus into conversations. I find them ideal for group work and individual coaching, an original flexible tool for any participant level."

“There is no doubt at all about the value of RSVP Design’s contribution to this project. The residential programme in Ireland at the start of the project was a defining moment in the team’s success. The project plan we created there directed us through the whole of the project and the business simulation defined the teamwork principles we had to adopt. The total training investment was less than 0.01% of the project cost yet was highly significant in achieving our business results.”
"The excellent facilitation by both Geoff and Ann ensured all staff participated in a positive way. Everyone was treated as equals and staff maintained their focus. The composition of the groups were dynamic and if something wasn't quite working as planned, RSVP were quickly able to make adjustments in the programme to improve the outcome. Making full use of the facilities for activities both indoors and outdoors helped create a safe and relaxed environment for the participants. It was a pleasure to work with this dynamic and experienced team."

"RSVP have produced a wonderful training tool - Images in Organisations. Having used it on many occasions over the last couple of years, it supports my training interventions bringing an added quality and dimension to the work that I do. Delegates often comment about the tool, ask where I purchased it from and feedback that is the best part of the workshop! I cannot recommend this product highly enough."

“Kim has always provided excellent customer service, she is always friendly and efficient and her company provides a great range of training games. I would not hesitate to recommend RSVP Design.”
“Ann is a gifted facilitator, whose style is tailored intentionally to bring the best out of participants rather than to 'teach' or direct them.”

"Teamwork Web is a creative group exercise that enables participants to challenge both personal and team behaviours, quickly identifying the underlying dysfunctions that may exist in groups, a great way to accelerate experiential learning. Planning, problem solving, leadership, communication, delegation, teamwork, managing time, aligning goals and resources, Teamwork Web has it all. An engaging way to explore team development and bring real learning out."

"I used ColourBlind for a three day event on strategy for a medical devices company in Berlin. This was targeted at a range of 15 country managers from all over Europe and a couple from US. So something like 10 different languages and cultures. The game was a resounding success and contributed greatly to the effectiveness and overall success of the event. As a result I think we will be doing a roll-out to the next level down."

"I've used Simbols with clients on Impact and Influencing programmes and it's been extremely effective in highlighting significant learning points in the use of language and behaviour. I used it with a client, who is starting out on a Leadership Programme and it worked beautifully. The Client is going through a significant amount of change and the work I'm doing is with the Senior Leadership Team. The managers work in silos, there is a cocktail of cultures, no common purpose and no streamlined processes. We used two packs of Simbols and had the two teams working in 'healthy competition'. The exercise addressed all the above issues ... and more... and the delegates thoroughly enjoyed it! Worth every penny!!!"

"The Webmaster activity worked very well. I used it in a team event focussed on communications, I split the group in three and only allowed one from each group to negotiate for swop deals. It brought out all of the points I was aiming for so I was very happy with the game."

"We have been using a selection of RSVP design products at Ashridge for some time now. They are all easy to set up and run with groups so your focus can always be on the learning and not worrying about whether the task will work"

"I have used the tools, and they are dazzling. You have created wonderful tools and I have noticed a big change in the outcomes of the training that I deliver"

"I can confirm that we do use your training tools regularly and they form an invaluable part of some of our workshop deliveries. In particular we use the Simbols toolkit on a regular basis. We also use Colourblind and the Sequencer (Planks) kits quite often and have received positive feedback from our clients!"
I have not been a customer of RSVP Design for a long time, but starting from our first interaction and then coming back with requests for new products, I have always felt welcome and my needs have been fully satisfied. They are a team of true professionals with extraordinary products for people development.
It is always a pleasure to do business with RSVP Design!

"I have used Reversal a number of times with both functional teams and learning groups or sets formed for the duration of a programme. When used alongside other experiential activities, it gives a mental/spatial dimension to group problem-solving that compliments other more physical or kinaesthetic tasks.
The ability to handle spatial information correlates closely to Strategic Thinking. Reversal really challenges groups but I've also seen it allow some quieter, more reflective team members the opportunity to demonstrate that they can offer something to the group. The ability to memorise 3D patterns, transpose them onto a 2D surface while your colleagues are asking you lots of questions and interrupting you train of thought requires tenacity!"
