Learning Experiences
At RSVP Design we are committed to providing relevant, engaging, challenging learning experiences that will change behaviour and provide measurable benefits to individual learners and their organisations.
These learning experiences are designed and delivered by RSVP Design facilitators and can take many forms – from a traditional ‘workshop’ format (although one that uses creative and innovative learning methodologies!) to modular development programmes or the delivery of extended behavioural simulations that focus on major themes of leadership and organisational change. In addition, these programmes may be supported by 1:1 coaching to build personal and management skills and support performance management processes.
All our learning experiences are delivered in order to achieve a specific set of learning objectives, prepared in consultation with our client. All use the principles of REALS – the creation of Rich Environments for Active Learning. This means that our learning experiences use four key principles: generative, co-operative, problem-based, learner-centred learning.
Our learning experiences are designed to build core individual, team and organisational skills that are essential for developing individual effectiveness, teambuilding and team development, management and leadership. Further details are available from the
