Adult Learning Styles
This site provide a good deal of background and theory on adult learning styles, including original work done by David Kolb. RSVP Design relies heavily on these theories when creating our learning tools, and ensures we can accommodate all learning styles through the complete learning cycle.

Intellectual Assets Centre
Being in the design business we fully recognise the value in managing our intellectual assets. Many trainers and other service organisations are often unclear about what intellectual assets are and how managing them efficiently can greatly increase the value of their business.
We have been privileged to work for IA Centre, based in Glasgow, Scotland. The IA Centre is a first, in Scotland and indeed in Europe - a unique centre to assist businesses in deriving value from their IA
In one Centre they bring together a range of expertise to help organisations realise their potential through managing their intellectual assets. For those organisations based outside Scotland they are continuing to produce a number of tools that can be accessed via their website to assist companies in various ways.

Aim Associates Drama have been partners with RSVP Design since our inception and we have worked together on developing a number of drama-based workshop elements for clients.
We like the fact that their work is practical and experiential, that they have developed their acting skills specifically to work in the areas of learning and development, and that we can have extreme confidence in their professionalism and creativity.
Aim Associate Drama and RSVP Design have jointly developed a 2 day programme entitled Advanced Communication Skills.
This is available to be tailored for delivery in-house - to download further details please click here and contact our sales office at sales@rsvpdesign.co.uk or call +44 141 561 0387.
