What information do we collect from you?
To purchase any RSVP Design product online or via telephone or mail, we require your name, job title, organisation name, invoice and delivery address, and your credit card details. We also ask for contact telephone and fax numbers and your email address.

When ordering online, this information is stored online your email address will serve as your user identification, and you're required to nominate a password which will be required to access your account. This allows you to download useful information immediately such as the product instructions & facilitator notes.
Your credit card details are held securely by our payment services provider Protx. We do not directly receive, have access to, or store your credit card details.

When ordering by telephone or fax we must personally take your credit card details - when these details are processed we safely destroy them. No credit card details are retained by RSVP Design Ltd.

What do we do with the information you provide?
The information you provide is used by us to deal with your requests.
The information that we collect on your sales history and payment methods is used to administer customer accounts within RSVP Design Ltd. We may use your e-mail address to keep you informed of products and services available, unless you have specifically asked us not to.

We never divulge your email address to anyone at any time.
We operate a strict code of conduct regarding email. We only use your email address to send you information about our offers, products and services. You may request 'no email' at any time.

Where did we get your name and address?
We hold your contact details on our database if you have responded to one of our promotions or have given them to us at an exhibition or other event.
