Programmes and Case Studies

Our programmes range from single day workshop style interventions to residential development centres and extended modular development programmes. We deliver pre-designed 'subject specific' workshops around key skills (some of these are also available for you to deliver yourselves - to see them click here) and tailored programmes to meet your organisation's specific development needs. Our programmes are flexible and learner-centred and we work with you to ensure that our designs will deliver agreed learning outcomes. The evaluation process is agreed as part of the programme design.

The range of programmes (which many organisations offer as part of a blended learning approach and link to supporting elearning or action learning provision) cover:

  • Inter-personal skills (eg. communication, influencing, negotiation, building relationships, conflict management)
