Working with a Customer Focus

All organisations have customers of some kind, whether internal or external, and we designed this Working with a Customer Focus Workshop based on requests from clients for full 1 day Workshop materials that linked several of our experiential learning products to this important topic. Like our other 1 day Workshops, this product provides 7 hours of content broken down into flexible modules where up to 16 participants can building strong and successful customer relationships. In addition we have created two new activities just for use in this Workshop:

Customer Gateway - Using the ’Customer Gateway’ activity, teams map different customergroupings and explore the points of contact the customers have with the organisation and the ideal customer journey.

Communicating with Difficult Customers.

All these activities are used according to the facilitators guide provided (and alongside the re-printable delegate workbook) to develop management skills in
Developing team excellence in serving internal and external customers.

A full powerpoint presentation is also included and the workshop provides useful tools which participants can take back to their own business situations.

Workshop Objectives

  • To identify who your customers are and what they expect from you
  • To explore the challenges in meeting these expectations
  • To identify what individuals and teams can do to ensure customer expectations are exceeded
  • To develop behaviours that promote high levels of customer satisfaction
  • To apply the learning to real life examples
  • To develop an individual or team action plan to take the learning forward

This Workshop can be delivered directly by any competent trainer or facilitator without the need to design any further review, linking or background content, and is proven through several years of development and use by RSVP Design facilitators.

The Workshop is provided royalty and licence free to the buyer so becomes extremely cost-effective and flexible, with no consumables or replacement items required.
