Join us in London on 18th January 2024 for a practical 1 day workshop (9.30 - 16.30) to introduce you to techniques and methods of experiential learning and to experience first hand the potential of using RSVP Design’s learning tools and resources. Delegates will typically experience more than 20 x different activities, learning how to facilitate them but also crucially experiencing them as a participant. We know that this is the best way to understand how to apply these activities in your learning programmes.
The workshop will be interactive as participants share prior experiences and integrate new ideas and suggestions from the RSVP Design team.
We will contact you in advance of the Workshop to ensure that we can consider learning needs within your organisation. Where possible we will include demonstration of the specific activities that you are interested in at some point during the day. The event will be held in Central London, a short walk from Kings Cross/St. Pancras stations, at Regents Wharf, 8 All Saints Street, London, N1 9RL.

Workshop Objectives
- Provide an opportunity to participate in a range of RSVP Design learning activities, and to explore how they might be used in different training and development contexts.
- Introduce participants to the thinking behind the design and application of our practical learning activities
- Build confidence in using our materials to facilitate specific learning discussions and linking the learning back to the workplace
- Motivate managers, trainers and HR specialists to involve learners in challenging and creative learning experiences.

The workshop will be practical and interactive as participants share prior experiences and integrate new ideas and suggestions from the RSVP Design team.
Participants will experience at least 20 x different activities during the day both from the facilitator and trainee's perspective.
