This is a one-day (7 hour) workshop that can be delivered independently or as part of a sequence of workshops around management skills, as we offer another five workshops in a discounted package (which can be seen below). This workshop is designed to help people leaders work with others to develop their performance. Designed for learning and development professionals, people managers,  supervisors or team leaders, these skills will help learners to be able to notice people’s skills, abilities and potential, discriminate between good and excellent performance and improve the performance of those who are struggling in particular areas.

As more people managers are now assessed on their ability to develop their own teams, these versatile skills will help them to challenge themselves to achieve more through their teams.

The workshop is practical, interactive and experiential. This workbook provided is a personal record of learning: used to record thoughts and ideas, as well as a reference to theoretical materials that may prove useful in future.
