Network2i is a challenging co-ordination activity which focuses on effective communication and leadership within a team to ensure continuous process improvement, while also managing change. An ideal activity for leadership and supervisory skills training - can supervisors direct without hands-on involvement? This is a versatile challenge arena where individuals and groups can rehearse many management and leadership skills.

Participants must manipulate the strings in order to mark areas on the target in a certain sequence. Each sequence can worth a certain number of points and at the end of the activity, time taken to complete the task can be measured or points are tallied up, before performance improvement targets are set.
Network2i is a powerful means of evaluating and developing individual and group behaviour and the speed and simplicity of its operation makes it ideal for accelerated, iterative learning.The exercise has tight time frames built into it, as each short activity period follows a period of planning and rehearsal and is a genuine 'test' of a team's strategy in action.
NetWork2i™ can be used, as many experiential learning tools can, as an 'ice-breaker' or for team-building, management and leadership development. However, at RSVP Design we have chosen to include it in our portfolio because of the opportunities it creates for observing and comparing individual behaviour. We recognise the contribution this activity can make to building a comprehensive profile of an individual's skills, personal style and leadership potential. It also allows for on-going performance coaching. Participant's thinking and behaviour styles are immediately demonstrated through use of the Network2i, making it an excellent assessment tool.
