To develop them needs opportunitites to rehearse and build these skills.
These experiential learning products were designed to provide learning groups or teams those opportunities by focusing on building individual assertiveness, influencing and negotiating skills, including working with conflict, managing individual behavioural styles, building trust and relationships, and agreeing shared values.
