Assertiveness Skills, Influencing Skills and Negotiation Skills - These are a range of key personal development skills that lead to successful interpersonal relationships and sustainable working partnerships between employees and clients.
Understanding the rights and responsibilities of self and others, identifying important values,seeking to apply these values in the achievement of shared goals, and learning to deal with conflict to achieve successful resolution are sought-after assertiveness skills in any workplace. To develop them needs opportunities to rehearse and build these skills.

These experiential learning activities and tools were designed to provide learning groups or workplace teams those opportunities by focusing on developing individual assertiveness, improving influencing skills and advancing negotiating skills. These experiential learning tools include working with conflict, managing individual behavioural styles, building trust and relationships, and agreeing shared values.
