Metacognition (Learning to Learn)

Metacognition (learning to learn) is an intentional process and a vital skill for adult learners. Learning to learn is about understanding how you think, and the best methods you can deploy to help learn new skills or change behaviours. These experiential learning products focus on building learning skills that are crucial in the modern world - skills get outdated quickly and organisations change rapidly to adapt to their environment. Key skills with the area of learning to learn include creativity, building learning relationships, resilience, making meaning, critical curiosity and learning preferences.

Learning to Learn is about building awareness of the skills, attitudes and behaviours that build personal and organisational learning capability. The understanding different dimensions of learning and how to learn effectively from experience, reflecting and concluding, in order to develop successful, personalised learning strategies
