Activities For Developing Working With Conflict Skills

Conflict exists in every organisation, but managing and working with conflict well can also be a positive experience - providing there is an increased understanding for those involved and by building trust between individuals and the team as a whole. Our experiential learning tools and activities explore areas where conflict can arise such as a clash of values, a lack of trust, poor communication skills, misunderstood or lack of feedback, or poorly developed emotional intelligence skills.

Our range of activities and tools offer a psychologically safe space where participants can develop working with conflict skills, by exploring some of the scenarios and situations leading to conflict and rehearsing how to reduce it, or mitigate the effects. With experiential learning, working with conflict and developing the skills to manage conflict can allow individuals and teams to work more positively and efficiently, and reduce the risk of any damaging situations as a result of disagreements.
