Working with Conflict

Conflict exists in every organisation, but managing conflict well can be also be a positive experience - providing there is an increased understanding for those involved and by building trust between individuals and the team. This section includes tools that explore areas where conflict can arise such as a clash of values, a lack of trust, poor comminication, lack of feedback, or poorly developed emotional intelligence skills. All these activities offer a psychologically safe space where participants can explore some of the scenarios and situations leading to conflict and rehearse how to reduce it, or mitigate the effects.
