The Values Game Manual is an extension to the facilitator guide provided in The Values Game, providing extensive knowledge and theory about the importance of shared values and norms in an organisational, team, or indepdent contex, and understanding how values are key to behaviour within and outside of the workplace. 

The Manual also provides more exercises and games when using the values card game, as well as in combination with other value based activities. However, the manual can be purchased separately, as it can be used independently of The Values Game.
