There are a variety of ways that the Building Personal Resilience Cards can be used depending on the size of the group and the time available.

An example of how the cards can be used:

Participants must first review the cards from the Personal control section, all the while making notes on their responses and answers to the cards. Once finished reviewing the bundle, participants must create a development plan. This must be repeated for the other two sections, Commitment and Challenge, with the aid of the PDF Handbook.

In addition to the 41 Coaching cards, there are also a further 7 cards under the heading ‘The Best You’ that support your own personal development.
