The Developing Emotional Intelligence Cards are arranged in 4 colour suits, each representing a different EI domain – Self Awareness, Social Awareness, Self-Management and Relationship Management. Each of the 12 x cards in each domain contains a question to consider, a supporting statement, and a tip to apply the learning.

The cards are a great tool to encourage discussion and reflection, and are easily used in pairs or as part of a group activity.
