However we know that some customers would value the support that a product coach may offer them to make their use of the tool as effective as possible in the shortest time frame. Purchase of this coaching product will provide dedicated personal, specialist support for 1 hour to you on a live online meeting. The meeting will be recorded and supplied to you for later review. Your coach will have specialist knowledge of your product and experiential learning methods.
We will ask you in advance what areas you want to cover during your call so it is as targeted as possible.
