The Learning and Change Module provides activities and materials to run a half-day personal development training workshop focusing on change management and using change a positive to influence new ways of thinking.
This module focuses on helping individuals to believe that they can learn - thinking about ways that they've learned in the past and ways that they can continue to learn & change in the future. This supports a Growth Mindset. It includes the following full experiential learning activities: Challenging Assumptions and Keypunch.
Our series of Learning to Learn modules focuses on developing capable and effective learners by understanding and strengthening 7 x key, researched learning skills.

0 - 5 minutes: Introductions & definitions. Do we believe that we can change and learn?
5 - 10 minutes: Seeing the world differently.
10- 30 minutes: The ‘Challenging Assumptions’ puzzle.
30- 40 minutes: Feelings about learning and changing.
40 - 50 minutes: Recognising the concerns associated with changing and learning.
50 - 60 minutes: Self-talk and visualisation.
60 - 65 minutes: Re-framing.
65 - 75 minutes: Learning Challenge 1. Group Juggling
75 - 80 minutes: Learning Challenge 1 Review.
80 - 100 minutes: Learning Challenge 2. Keypunch
100 - 115 minutes: Learning Challenge 2 Review.
115 - 120 minutes: Summary and learning review
