Activities to Develop Mindfulness Skills

Mindfulness is the idea of learning how to be fully present and engaged in the moment, aware of your thoughts and feelings without distraction or judgement.
Imagery is a particularly good way to get people to explore and discuss the topic of mindfulness whilst activities that require concentration and focus can provide opportunities to practise and develop mindfulness skills further.

Our range of experiential learning activities and tools can help members of your organisation develop mindfulness skills that can be used on a daily basis, both in the workplace and outside of your organisation. By creating opportunities to practise mindfulness during different scenarios, these learning activities can help members of your team to focus their mind to the present moment, remain calm in difficult situations, and learn new techniques to practise with as they further develop their mindfulness skills.
